INTERNAL RULES CAMPING DU PETIT PONT (JO 17/02/2014)
I – TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
1°) Conditions of admission :
To be admitted to enter, settle in or stay on a campsite, it must be authorized by the manager or his representative. He has the obligation to ensure that the campsite is kept in good order and in good order, as well as that the application of these internal regulations is respected. The fact of staying on the campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of these regulations and the commitment to comply with them. No one may elect domicile there.
2°) Police formalities:
Unaccompanied minors of their parents will only be admitted with their parents’ written authorization.
Pursuant to article R.611-35 of the code for the entry and stay of foreigners and the right to asylum, the manager is required to have the client of foreign nationality fill out and sign, upon arrival, a individual police file. It must mention in particular the name and the first name, the date and the place of birth, the nationality and the usual domicile. Children under the age of 15 can appear on the card of one of the parents.
Anyone having to stay at least one night in the campsite must first present their identity documents to the manager or their representative and complete the formalities required by the police.
3°) Installation :
Outdoor accommodation and related equipment must be installed in the location indicated in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or his representative.
4°) Reception desk :
Open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. in high season (July and August)
Open from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. in low season. Closed Sunday afternoon in low season. You will find at the reception desk all the information on the services of the campsite, information on the possibilities of provisioning, the sports facilities, the tourist wealth of the surroundings and various addresses which can prove useful. A system for collecting and processing complaints is available to customers. Complaints will only be taken into consideration if they are signed, dated, as precise as possible and relating to relatively recent facts.
5°) Display:
These internal regulations are posted at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception office. It is given to the client at his request. For classified campsites, the classification category with the mention tourism or leisure and the number of tourism or leisure pitches are displayed. The prices of the various services are communicated to customers under the conditions set by order of the Minister responsible for consumption and can be viewed at reception.
6°) Departure procedures:
Customers are invited to notify the reception office of their departure the day before it is due to leave. Customers intending to leave before the reception office opening hours must pay for their stay the day before if they have not already done so. Tourist taxes are paid at the reception desk. Their amount is displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception office. They are due according to the number of nights spent in the field.
7°) Noise and silence:
Campground users are urged to avoid any noise and discussion that could annoy their neighbors. Sound devices must be adjusted accordingly. Door and trunk closings should be as discreet as possible. Dogs and other animals should never be left free. They must not be left at the campsite, even locked up in the absence of their masters, who are civilly responsible for it. The manager ensures the tranquility of his customers by fixing the hours during which silence must be total between 11:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m.
8°) Visitors:
After having been authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. The camper can receive one or more visitors at the reception. The services and facilities of the campsites are accessible to visitors (except swimming pool). However, the use of this equipment may be chargeable at a price which must be displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception office. Visitors’ cars are prohibited in the campsite.
9°) Vehicle traffic and parking:
Inside the campsite, vehicles must travel at a speed limited to 10 km / h. Parking must not obstruct traffic or prevent the settlement of new arrivals.
OPENING HOURS of the barriers: Entrances and exits from the campsite are possible between 7:30 am and 11:00 pm with a magnetic badge given on your arrival for the duration of your stay against a deposit of € 20 (1 vehicle per site). Any fraudulent use of this badge will be penalized. In the event of late arrival or early departure during the stay, an outdoor car park is available to campers.
10°) Dress and appearance of the installations:
Everyone must refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, including sanitary facilities. It is forbidden to throw waste water on the ground or in the gutters. Customers must empty their wastewater in the facilities provided for this purpose. Household waste, waste of all kinds, papers, must be placed in the trash. Washing is strictly prohibited outside of the bins provided for this purpose. The drying of the linen will be done if necessary in the common dryer. However, it is tolerated up to 10 hours near the accommodation, provided that it is discreet and does not disturb the neighbors. It should never be made from trees. Plantations and floral decorations must be respected. It is forbidden to plant nails in trees, to cut branches, to plant. It is not allowed to delimit the location of an installation by personal means, nor to dig the ground. Any repair of degradation committed to the vegetation, the fences, the ground or the installations of the camp-site will be chargeable to its author. The location that was used during the stay must be maintained in the state in which the camper found it when he entered the premises.
11°) Security:
a) Fire: Open fires (wood, charcoal, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Stoves must be kept in good working order and must not be used in dangerous conditions. In the event of a fire notify management immediately. Fire extinguishers can be used if necessary. A first aid kit is located at the reception desk.
b) Theft: Management is responsible for items left at the office and has a general obligation to monitor the campsite. The camper remains responsible for his own installation and must report to the manager the presence of any suspicious person. Customers are invited to take the usual precautions for the safeguarding of their equipment.
12°) Game :
No violent or annoying game can be organized near the facilities. The meeting room cannot be used for hectic games. Children should always be under the supervision of their parents.
13°) Dead garage:
Unoccupied equipment may not be left on the ground, except with the agreement of the management and only in the location indicated. A fee, the amount of which will be displayed at the office, will be due for the “dead garage”.
14°) Infringement of the rules of procedure:
In the event that a resident disturbs the stay of other users or does not comply with the provisions of these internal rules, the manager or his representative may orally or in writing if he deems it necessary, give notice to the latter to cease the disturbances. In the event of a serious or repeated breach of the rules of procedure and after formal notice by the manager to comply with them, the manager may terminate the contract. In the event of a criminal offense, the manager may appeal to the police.
2 – SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1°) Infringement of the rules of procedure:
The campsite’s internal regulations apply to everyone. Each client undertakes to comply with it. In the event of non-compliance, the management may ask the customer concerned to leave the campsite without any refund of the entire stay booked.
2°) Royalties:
Arrivals and departures for campers are made every day of the week. Departures must be no later than 12HOO. After this time, an additional day will be counted.
3°) Insurance :
Campsite users agree to be covered by public liability insurance. The proof of this insurance must be presented at the reception desk at the latest upon your arrival. If this is not the case, you MUST COMPULSORY take out insurance from the FFCC or others.
4°) No smoking in rentals:
Smoking is not allowed in mobile homes. Ashtrays are available for smoking outside.
5°) Barbecues :
It is recommended the use of electric or gas barbecues. However, the use of charcoal barbecues is tolerated, with great caution and only from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
6°) Respect for neighbors:
The exterior rental lights will be turned off from 11 p.m. so as not to disturb other users of the campsite.
7°) Pets :
Animals are allowed on the campsite under certain conditions. They must all be kept on a leash and must not remain alone on the pitches or in the rentals (provide blankets to put on the cushions and beds of the mobile home). Cats are prohibited in all mobile homes. All possible droppings must be picked up by their owner. It is compulsory to provide, upon your arrival, the up-to-date health book, particularly with regard to vaccination against rabies (rabies). 1st and 2nd category dogs as well as large and / or large dogs are prohibited on the campsite.
8°) Swimming pool :
The swimming pool is strictly reserved for camping customers. Access is free. One bracelet per person, mandatory to access the pool, will be given upon arrival. Lost bracelets will be charged 6 Euros. Customers must comply with the regulations entered at the entrance to the pool. It is forbidden inside the swimming pool to run, jump and use accessories (rigid balls, fins, buoys or inflatable mattresses …). The wearing of a swimsuit is compulsory, swimming shorts are tolerated, underpants prohibited. For safety reasons, the child must be under the responsibility and supervision of an adult. Swimming is not supervised. Access to the swimming pool is strictly prohibited for unaccompanied children. The opening hours are from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from 15/06 to 15/09.
9°) Visitors :
Access to the pool is FORBIDDEN.
10°) Safety and risk prevention measures:
These measures are displayed at reception and must be observed by holidaymakers.
